If you want to know what's going on when you're not in your car, and want to be discreet about it, opt for the new Driving Activity Reporter. The device has been created for car owners who want to know where their baby has been and how it was treated when others are driving. Basically you can stalk your own car or, better yet, stalk someone elses.
The DAR uses a 16-channel GPS receiver to track the movements of the car to which it is attached (internally or externally, using the device's built-in magnet for covert purposes), storing locations on its built-in flash memory that holds up to 100 hours of driving activity.
Simply remove the Reporter from your car, plug in into the USB port on our computer, and use the included software to see where your car has been, at what time, on what date, and how fast the car got there and back. The provided software used digital, animated street maps to show you the results, but you can also choose to use Google Earth to see better satellite pictures.
Get Inventive:
Find out if your girlfriend is really heading to her friend's house or if she's meeting another guy on the side.
See if your buddies really only took the car to the mall or if they decided on a road trip to Tijuana.
Check to make sure your odometer hasn't been rolled back to hide the extra mileage your brother put on your SUV when he borrowed it.
