awareness and more awareness.... I know that information can be given at the doctors office, health class, etc. but it should be a family discussion as well. Society and celebrities play a huge role in this. Young adolescents are so vulnerable and they mold into what they see around them all the time. We all need to make evaluations to better this situation for the sake of the future.
